Dr. Michele Moloney-Kitts
Dr. Michele Moloney-Kitts is a leader in HIV/AIDS, women’s and children’s health and violence prevention and response with over 30 years of experience in the design, implementation and management of public health programs in the U.S. and internationally. Dr. Michele Moloney-Kitts has proven skills as a strategic thinker and innovator, serving as a senior executive of the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), overseeing field implementation and multilateral diplomacy for the largest public health initiative in history dedicated to a single disease and as the first Executive Director of Together for Girls, a public private partnership on ending violence against children globally. Dr. Michele Moloney-Kitts has strong knowledge of the broader development context and U.S.G. foreign assistance programs with long- term assignments in Morocco, Cambodia and South Africa. U.S. domestic experience includes patient care, clinic management and nursing and medical education. At present, Dr. Michele Moloney-Kitts works as an Independent consultant and sits on the various Boards including; Together for Girls INC; Member; Technical Review Panel, The Global Fund for AIDS, TB and Malaria; Member U.S. National Academy of Sciences Forum on Global Violence Prevention.
